Ticket Policies

  • All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
  • Tickets purchased over the phone include an additional $3.00 fee.
  • Discount offers may not be combined.
  • All patrons must have a ticket.


Late Arrival Policy

Patrons who arrive after a show has started will be seated at the discretion of the management. Tickets must be claimed before the show begins to guarantee admittance.

All persons entering or exiting the theater after the show has begun must use the late seating entrances to avoid disrupting the show. Patrons entering during a show will be seated by the staff or volunteers.


Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy

If a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, that information will be updated on our home page and on the Box Office phone line. An email notification will be sent to ticket holders. Cancellations are rare and are usually decided late in the afternoon for an evening event. When a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds or exchanges will be assessed at that time. Based on availability, tickets will be exchanged for another show of the same value, or refunded if no alternative date is possible.

If a performance is NOT cancelled, but severe weather interferes with attendance, exchanges may be offered for another show based on availability. Refunds are not offered when an event has taken place.
