Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to each event and seating is first-come, first-served (there are no assigned seats at any of our venues). You are welcome to come at any point before the show begins, but we recommend coming 20-35 minutes prior to get the best seats.
Please note that ticket and passholders must be seated 15 min prior to show start time to guarantee admittance. Once an event has started, seating is at the discretion of the staff.
As many of our events sell out, we always recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Online ticket sales close four hours before a show start time.
There will always be a Rush Line at the box office. When, and if, tickets become available, those waiting in the Rush Line will be the first to enter. Admittance is not guaranteed.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled and an alternative date is not available. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to donate your ticket. For questions, please email email@example.com.
There are a few ways to locate your tickets before attending your event. If you have Print at Home tickets and cannot locate them in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find them in your email, you can login to your online account and retrieve them.
- Go to: www.wjmf.org/my-account/
- After you login, click on the button “My Print At Home Tickets”
- Your print at home tickets will be available for download
If you left your tickets for will call, they will be waiting for you at the onsite Box Office 1 hour before the start of the show.
There is a concession stand with snacks and drinks available for purchase at the Edlavitch DCJCC. Food purchased within the building may be brought into the theater. Please visit the other venue websites to review their food policy.
