HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Doors open approximately 30 minutes. Prior to each event and seating is first-come, first-serve (there are no assigned seats at any of our events). You are welcome to come at any point before the show begins. But we recommend coming 20-35 minutes prior to get the best seats.

Please note that ticket and pass-holders must be seated 15 min prior to show start time to guarantee admittance.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR OR SHOULD I RESERVE IN ADVANCE?

As many of our events sell out, we always recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Online ticket sales close at midnight the evening before a show.

If an event sells out, we will boldly post that on each event page. However, there will always be a Rush Line at the box office. If tickets become available, those waiting in the Rush Line will be first to enter. Admittance is not guaranteed.

HOW DO WJMF PASSES WORK?

The passes guarantee seating to all Festival events if you reserve your tickets online 5 days in advance. If you do not reserve your tickets in advance. You are welcome to come with the pass free-of-charge. But your seat is no longer guaranteed (if the event sells out, you will not be able to take a seat).

Passes are a great deal, and can save you up to 75% off of individual ticket prices. Passes are non-transferable

I AM INTERESTED IN BRINGING A GROUP OF PEOPLE TO AN EVENT. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

Absolutely! We offer discount rates for groups of 10 people or more. To inquire about group rates, please email [email protected].

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A TICKET I CAN’T USE?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled and an alternative date is not available. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to donate your ticket. For questions, please email [email protected].

I BOUGHT TICKETS…WHERE DO I PICK THEM UP?

There are a few ways to locate your tickets before attending your event. If you have Print at Home tickets and cannot locate them in your inbox, first, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find them in your email, you can login to your online account and retrieve them.

  • Go to: https://www.wjmf.org/
  • After you login, click on the green button “My Print At Home Tickets”.
  • Your print at home tickets will be available for download.

If you left your tickets for will call, they will be waiting for you at the onsite Box Office 45 minutes before the start of the show.

WILL THERE BE FOOD? CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE THEATER?

There is a concession stand with snacks and drinks available for purchase at the Edlavitch Jewish Community Center. Food purchased within the building may be brought into the theater. Please check with other venues regarding their food policies. Links to their websites are on our About Page.

ARE YOUR VENUES ACCESSIBLE TO PATRONS IN WHEELCHAIRS OR WITH SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS?

All WJMF venues are in compliance with ADA regulations and provide access for patrons using wheelchairs, walkers, canes or crutches. Ample doorways and ramps provide easy wheelchair accessibility.

Removable seats provide patrons with the opportunity to be seated with their companions while sitting in their wheelchair.

Please inform the sales office of your needs at the time of ticket purchase and indicate if companion seats are required as well.
